graduate at Biologia from Universite de Strasbourg I (1980) and ph.d. at Biologia Molecular e Celular from Universite de Strasbourg I (1984). Has experience in Genetics, acting on the following subjects: evolution, angiosperma, bzip, bzip transcritption regulation arabidopsis opaque2 and arabidopsis thaliana.
My main current research interest is centered on understanding how plants manage their energy resources to optimize growth and development and therefore fitness. We seek to unravel the mechanisms that adjust energy metabolism to daily and seasonal fluctuations (e.g., photoperiod, light intensity, drought...).
